Return Policy

14-Day Return Period

We offer a 14 day return period from the time you receive your order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item within this time frame.

Handling Fee

When returning parts or all of your order, a handling fee of 129 SEK / 150 NOK / 15 € will be applied. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover the costs of handling the return. Exchanging an item for another size or color is free of charge.

Return Requirements

For a return to be approved, the following criteria must be met:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order from the service point
• Returns will only be accepted if your items are in the original condition and include all labels and original packaging
• Please use the return label provided by Busnel. If your return is sent back to us without using the return label provided by Busnel, items lost in transit will not be compensated for
• You have the same return rights for all items you order from us, including sale items

Refund Processing Time

We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible to ensure a smooth return process. The refund will be issued as soon as the returned item has been received and processed at our warehouse and meets the return requirements. The handling time from arrival to our warehouse is usually a couple of days. Please note that the processing time may be longer during sales periods and national holidays. Once we have handled and processed your returned items, we will issue a refund to you, and you will receive an email with confirmation of the refund within two days. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
